  • I-215 Full Freeway Nightime Closures: March 8 & 9
    There will be a full freeway closures on the I-215 on the nights of 3/11/12 and 3/12/12 for bridge pours on the Ramona Expressway O.C. bridge. The Ramona Expressway will be open. Traffic will be detoured from the off-ramp back on to the on-ramp.
    Both days, closures start at 9 pm for Northbound (NB) and 11 pm for Southbound (SB) lanes. Freeway reopens at 4am NB and 5am SB.
  • 74/215 Interchange Updates
    The Riverside County Transportation Commission and project partners continue constructing the 74-215 Interchange (also known as the 4th Street Interchange).  .

    Full Freeway Closures Southbound I-215 at Redlands Avenue Monday, March 12 through Thursday, March 15
    A full freeway closure will be required each night from 9 pm to 5 am the following morning. During these closures, motorists will be detoured to the Redlands Avenue off-ramp and redirected onto the southbound I-215 on-ramp.
    Full Freeway Closures Northbound I-215 at Redlands Avenue Monday, March 12 through Thursday, March 15
    A full freeway closure will be required each night from 10 pm to 4 am the following morning. During these closures, motorists will be detoured to the Redlands Avenue off-ramp and redirected onto the northbound I-215 on-ramp.
    Speed Limit Reduced Northbound and Southbound I-215 between ½ mile south of 4th Street to just south of Perris Blvd. In Effect through the End of Project
    The freeway speed limit has been reduced to 55 mph.  New speed limit signs have been posted. Please be aware that traffic fines increase in the construction zone.

  • The North Perris Road and Bridge Benefit District (NPRBBD)
    The district is located in the northern portion of the City of Perris within Riverside County. The ultimate development of this area will significantly impact traffic and impact area circulation. Additional infrastructure, thoroughfares and bridges, are necessary to meet the transportation and traffic needs from this development.
