The City of Perris has many programs to help make housing affordable for income-qualified residents.
These programs include:
- Green Light Program
This new program helps qualified homeowners purchase and install water and energy-saving devices. - Foreclosure Home Ownership Program (FHOP)
This new program helps first time buyers purchased selected foreclosed properties. - Homebuyers Assistance Program (HAP)
This program helps income-qualified families purchase a home in the City of Perris. - Substantial Rehabilitation Loan Program (SRP)
This program provides deferred loans for eligible homeowners to correct existing code violations and improve property conditions. - City of Perris Residential Beautification Program
In an effort to fix up older and deteriorating homes, the city of Perris is offering residents funding through its residential beautification program. - Senior Home Repair Program
The City of Perris Redevelopment Agency currently offers a program to financially assist Senior Citizens and permanently disabled homeowners with minor home repairs.
