Patriot Park Offsite Parking Improvement Project, Spec. CIP P025
Bid includes furnishing all labor, technical and professional services, supervision, materials and equipment, and performing all operations necessary and required in conformity with the requirements in the specifications and plans. The project consists of consists of offsite improvements to create off-site parking and pedestrian path, and miscellaneous related improvements as required by the plans and specifications.

Bid includes furnishing all tools, equipment, services, apparatus, facilities, transportation, labor, encroachment permits, disposal, and materials necessary and reasonably incidental to perform the specified items of work, located throughout multiple Landscape Benefit Zones and General Fund Areas in Perris, CA, including but not limited to: maintenance of all irrigation systems in a fully operational manner; and maintenance of all landscaping in an attractive and healthy condition,  in strict accordance with the Specifications and Information For Bidders, Specification No. # LMD 1-2011-12-03
