Community Park Improvement Copper Creek & South D Street The Project includes furnishish all tools, equipment, services, apparatus, facilities, transportation, labor, Building encroachment permits, disposal and materials necessary and reasonably incidental to the installation of new park equipment, including benches, picnic tables, barbeques, trash receptacles and other associated public improvements at Copper Creek Park located at 217 Citrus Avenue, and South D Street Park located south of south east corner of D and 8th Streets in Perris, CA in strict accordance with improvements plans and Specification No. #CIP 5-PRS-03-07.

Landscape Benefit Zone Maintenance Services
The City of Perris is seeking bids for provision of weekly landscape maintenance services for the thirty four (34) current Landscape Benefit Zones located throughout the city limits, sixteen (16) city parks, nine (9) landscaped areas located within Redevelopment Zones and seventeen (17) landscaped areas located throughout the City, including City Hall. There is a manditory pre-bid conference on Wednesday, July 23 from 9 - 11 am.
