Development Services

Development Services encompasses the following departments:

• Inspection
  This department provides building inspection services for the City.
• Building Services
  This department enforces state laws that effect, regulate and control the design and construction of all structures proposed within the City of Perris
• Planning
  The Planning Division is responsible for current planning and advanced planning.
• Business License
  This department issues licenses for businesses within the City.
• Fire Marshall's Office
  This department provides fire inspection and Emergency service coordination for the City.
• Communitiy Preservation/ Code Compliance
  This department conducts proactive and reactive inspections of property to insure compliance with City standards.
