Christmas Tree Lighting & Holiday Concert
Don't miss this year's Christmas tree lighting ceremony & concert!
The public is invited to attend the City’s 21st annual Christmas Tree Lighting and a holiday concert Friday at the Perris City Hall/Civic Center Campus.
“This is always a very special evening,” said Mayor Daryl Busch, who will light the 32-foot Christmas tree in the front of the campus at 101 North D Street. “It’s a very good time and very entertaining event. I always get a big thrill out of it.”
The tree lighting/concert takes place from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Busch said the City invites middle and elementary school choirs and church musical groups to perform in concert.
They will be singing a variety of holiday songs and Christmas carols.
“We’re expecting several hundred people to attend,” Busch said. “It’s going to be real special.”
