Perris economic development officials joined Chamber of Commerce representatives and owners of two new restaurants on Ramona Expressway in an Oct. 1 ribbon-cutting ceremony. The new eateries—ShuZaky Mediterranean Grill and Alberto’s Mexican Food—are family operated and will employ about 20 workers from the Perris Valley.
District Manager Manal Abbasi praised the City’s Economic Development Corporation for working closely with the owners to bring the businesses to Perris.
“The City’s been nothing but accommodating to us,” Abbasi said. We’ve got nothing but love for the City of Perris.”
Perris Economic Community Development Corporation CEO Michael McDermott represented the City at the ribbon-cutting.
