City of Perris Residential Beautification Program
Note: At this time, program funding is not available for the following City’s affordable housing programs
Although these affordable housing programs are not available at this time, the City Housing Division has established an Interest List. Should you wish to be notified when program funds become available, please complete the City of Perris Housing Division Interest List Form and submit to the City Housing Division.
The City of Perris Housing Division currently offers a program to financially assist homeowners for beautification repairs to the exterior façade of the residential property. The program’s primary goals are to preserve housing and the quality of older neighborhoods and beautify the exterior of properties such as:
- Door and or window renovation
- Exterior home painting
- Exterior siding repair
- Roof consistency
- Other aesthetically needed repairs will be made as determined by the Redevelopment Agency Representatives
Any work requiring the relocation of the occupants is not eligible under this program. Please note that new income limits are in effect for 2011.
