The Water & Sewer Operations Unit is within the City’s Public Works Department. The Unit plans, and organizes the provisions of ongoing repairs, maintenance and installation of the City’s potable water systems and sewer systems. The Water Operations Unit receives customer requests, concerns, priorities, and responds to each customer. The Unit is dedicated to providing these services in a timely and cost efficient manner through effective budget management, leading edge customer care, partnerships with the community, and grant opportunities.

Effective Monday, September 30, 2024 at 4:30 p.m. PST, all emergency service calls will be directed to Eastern Municipal Water District.

Effective Tuesday, October 15, 2024, all services will be transferred to Eastern Municipal Water District. Contact them at (951) 928-3777.
